Expand your transportation imagination! Join us for the 2025 Transportation Summer Camp at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, July 9-11. This is a conference where professionals come together to make or renew friendships, forge new partnerships, learn new concepts and be motivated to view our world from different perspectives.

New for 2025, we are excited to share that TEAMFL will be hosting a golf tournament from 1pm-5pm on Wednesday, July 9th. For more details and to register go here. It is sure to be a fun afternoon!

And join TEAMFL and FBT for a welcome reception July 9th from 6-8pm at Eagles Edge, Orlando's newest indoor/outdoor premier driving range. Steps away from the Lobby Building, Eagles Edge has 30 covered hitting bays and Toptracer technology that tracks the speed and distance of your golf ball, providing real-time data. Golf skills are not required for what promises to be a fun & lively evening!

The 2025 Transportation Summer Camp is the premier networking event that is brought to you by Floridians for Better Transportation. It is your time to collaborate with colleagues, the executives of Florida Department of Transportation, members of the Florida Transportation Commission, elected officials with the Metropolitan Planning Organization Advisory Council, USDOT, and TEAM Florida and other key stakeholders of the transportation industry - all represented during the 3-day conference!

We also welcome legislators, nationally recognized speakers, and leading professionals from aviation, rail, transit, seaports, space and the highway/construction industries.

Registration Cancellation and Refunds

In the event that you need to cancel your registration for the 2025 Transportation Summer Camp, you must contact us no later than June 9, 2025. Any registrations canceled prior to 5/1/2025 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after June 9th, 2025.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and should identify the registrant's name, company, email address, and amount paid.
